These terms and conditions are concluded between WEBANDGO, (the "Seller"), whose registered office is located at 36, rue Cavendish 75019 Paris and the persons wishing to make a purchase via its website (the Buyer).

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros and are TTC. The prices indicated do not take into account the costs of packing and delivery which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the Purchaser upon definitive validation of his or her order.

The products are offered within the limit of available stocks. In case of unavailability of one of the Products, the Buyer is informed on the site with, if possible, mention of the anticipated replenishment time. In the event that the unavailability of a product is established after the order has been validated, the Purchaser will be able to cancel his or her order by requesting either the refund of the sums paid within thirty (30) days after their withdrawal, or the exchange of the Product (s) unavailable, by e-mail.

Retention of title

The products ordered remain the property of the Seller until the complete collection of the payment. However, on the effective date of delivery, the risks (in particular loss, theft or deterioration) concerning the products delivered are assumed by the Purchaser.

No dispute relating to the delivery itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered and the computer system scan of the Post is authentic.


Automatic registration systems are considered to be proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. The products are delivered by post in metropolitan France and the French overseas departments and territories.

For other countries, other delivery methods may be used.

Shipping costs will be indicated in your shopping cart once you have validated your order.

The amount of delivery costs is notified on the order form (the basket).

- In case of absence of the buyer or the recipient or when the parcel cannot be delivered because the size of the mailbox is too small:

The buyer receives a notice of transit. This notice allows him to recover his parcel at the designated post office, within fifteen (15) days. After this period, the parcel is returned to the sender.

No dispute concerning the delivery in itself is possible if the package appears to have been delivered and the computer system scan by the Post is authentic.

- In the event of an anomaly in the package (open or damaged package):

The buyer must not open it and must return it to the post office within five (5) days. Complete an incident report. Opening the parcel will void any possibility of appeal to the post office.

- In case of an anomaly regarding the contents of the package (product missing, product damaged, ...):

The Purchaser or the recipient of the products ordered must report this anomaly to the Seller by contacting us by e-mail. Any reservations regarding the delivery of a product must be notified to the Seller by email, fax or by registered mail within 14 days.

- In all cases, any delays in the delivery of the parcel do not give the buyer the right to claim damages and we will not be held responsible.

Upon receipt of the Products ordered, the Purchaser shall verify the conformity of these Products. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (Product missing or broken, damaged parcel, ...) must be documented by the Purchaser and communicated by e-mail to customer service or by telephone as soon as possible. Any claim made after a period of 14 days will be rejected by the seller.

The seller is relieved of their obligation to deliver in case of force majeure (war, riot, fire, strikes ...)

If the package appears stuck at one stage of distribution, the buyer must then contact customer service who will then open an inquiry at the post office. The post then has a maximum deadline of 3 weeks to send us the result of their research.

If at the end of this period the post is unable to send us proof, the parcel will be declared lost and we will then proceed with a refund of the order. EXTENSIONPOINTCOM then informs the customer and immediately proceeds with reimbursement of the order corresponding to the lost package (products and postage).

However, if the post office sends us a document validating the delivery, EXTENSIONPOINTCOM will not be able to open a litigation file and will not be able to proceed with the refund of your order.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Purchaser has a FOURTEEN-DAY TIME LIMIT from the day of receipt of his or her order to send us his or her return request either by mail, by mail or by the appropriate form in your area.

The products must be returned to the Seller according to the procedure described below:

Electrical Equipment Warranties

The warranty on the electrical equipment is 24 months (excluding fuses, light bulbs and wear parts) from the invoice date. The invoice must be enclosed in the package containing the returned product.
