In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days to return his or her order.
For hygiene reasons, customers cannot return hair extensions that have been worn or tried. The gold ties separating the hair should not be broken upon return to ensure that the extensions have not made scalp contact. If this is the case, your return will be refused by the after-sales service and your package returned at your expense upon request.

Our customer service will provide you with a return number as well as the return address for your product.
If all our return conditions are met, you will receive your refund in 10 days by the same method of payment used during your purchase.
