What do you recall about 1997-1999 Disney Channel? This was when the channel was transitioning from a premium network to basic cable, with more areas slowly getting it on basic cable. The bumpers featured characters in the Disney logo

If you're interested, I highly recommend Tokyo Mew Mew. It started out as a manga, then got an anime, and a few years ago got a reboot anime

I highly recommend Tokyo Mew Mew (2002). It's my favorite anime and there's a 2022 reboot anime as well and there's the manga that the two animes were based on as it originated as a manga
