Final update on Charles (storm rescue kitten). He&#39;s still fighting off a respiratory infection but is fever free and white blood cell count is good. We&#39;ll be fostering him for a couple more weeks before he can be around other cats. Thanks to all who were helpful.

Update on pre-storm rescue: We&#39;ve named him Charles, our local animal hospital tested him and he is FIV/FELV negative but does have a respiratory infection. He was an especially good boy at the vet. Turns out we may need some assistance with his vet bills if anyone is interested.
